Collision and Color Price Match Guarantee

Who is the competition?
Any established retail autobody shop, within a 20 mile radius (the greater Lake Minnetonka area and Western Suburbs, including Minnetonka, Exelsior, Shorewood, Hopkins and Wayzata) operating in a commercially zoned building. They must be using standard local insurance guidelines for all labor and parts.

Why is there a price difference between estimates?
Generally, professional autobody shops use computerized estimating systems that are all very competitive with one another. The parts prices, paint and replacement times, as well as the cost of materials, are all predetermined by these systems. The only subjective cost involved should be the time to repair the actual dent, rust etc. Also, paint time can be altered by the customer who requires a less than perfect repair. All this can vary due to communication or the estimator’s perception of time required for a particular repair.

How does the price guarantee work?
Prior to repair, whether you have a Collision & Color estimate or not, show us your lowest priced estimate by a qualified competitor. We will meet or beat their bottom line cost of repair using their estimate verbatim as a guide. The guarantee applies to customer pay only, no insurance claims qualify. Collision and Color reserves the right to refuse any and all repairs.
